Fast Action Services opened business on January 23, 2003 by Alfred Escamilla as “sole owner”. On
September 11, 2006, Rebecca Escamilla was added on to the business as “husband and wife owners”.
On February 15, 2013, Rebecca Escamilla became the “sole owner” of the business and has been part of
the business for over 17 years now.

 

Fast Action Services opened business in Madera, CA on two different occasions, but had to close due to
the commute and was open only part-time since the need for legal services was not a big demand in the
City of Madera or County of Madera level. Fast Action Services has kept their Madera phone number of
(559) 673-5331 for the convenience of their Madera County clients.

 

Fast Action Services strives in keeping an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and takes pride in
providing honest, efficient, effective, economical and professional courtesy services to our clients.

 

Rebecca Escamilla, is a licensed and bonded Legal Document Assistant with Fresno County since July
21, 2003 and an Unlawful Detainer Assistant with Fresno County since March 11, 2011. She was born in
Fresno, CA, but was raised in Sanger, CA where she graduated from Sanger High School in June 1971.
She attended Reedley College on-and-off for several years after that. She later had an opportunity to
get into the legal services business and got educated by a well-known family attorney and various legal
document assistants in Fresno who helped educate her to the point she could make it on her own.

Alex A. Escamilla, provides “courier services” to all our clients. He makes copies of cases and takes
them “to-and-from” the Fresno County Superior Court or U.S. Bankruptcy Court. This an optional
service that is provided to our clients, if required.

 

Alfred Escamilla, is a licensed, bonded and Registered Process Server who provides to all our clients and
outside public.
